The number of counseling sessions depends on your personal circumstances and individual goals. If you’re seeking counseling for a short-term issue, just a few sessions may be helpful. However, addressing deep-rooted issues requires long-term commitment. Our therapists will determine the exact timeline that can help you achieve your goals. 

Medication can be effective in managing symptoms, but it alone cannot help you achieve the desired results. Counseling delves deeper by helping you understand the root cause of your problems and develop coping skills to overcome your emotional struggles.
